I have been learning viola since 2012 and I have achieved multiple achievements in that time. I have been a member of the Adelaide Youth Orchestras since 2016, being lead viola of the Youth Strings orchestra in 2017 to 2018 and the lead viola in the Youth Sinfonia in 2019. I have also been a member of one of the quartets with the organisation since 2020 performing in places such as the Adelaide Town Hall and Government House.
I also graduated from Marryatville High School in the Special Interest Music Program which I was a part of from 2019 to 2023. On viola I was a part of such ensembles as the symphony orchestra and baroque orchestra from 2019 to 2023, being lead viola from 2022 onwards and winning the conductors award. I also got the opportunity to play a solo with the baroque orchestra in the Adelaide Town Hall for the end of year concert in 2023. I was also a part of the Concert Band 1, which I played flute in from 2020 to 2021 and baritone saxophone in from 2022 to 2023, and the Big Band 1 which I played baritone saxophone in for 2023 in which I got into the Generations in Jazz superband 1 ,winning the award for best baritone saxophone player in division 1, and being in the band that won division 1.
I have also entered in numerous music competitions since 2017 on viola, flute and piano, winning multiple awards over various years. I have also had the opportunity to play in the Australian Youth Orchestra National Music Camp in 2022, performing in the Melbourne Recital Centre. I have also completed numerous AMEB exams, completing grade 7 on viola, grade 6 on flute and grade 6 on piano and being invited to play at the AMEB awards ceremony showcase on piano.
